I got 32-bit Ultimate as well.
As for 64-bit, we had that confirmed a few days ago by some MS reps. One route to go is that apparently, after the official launch on October 22, it will be possible to download an ISO image of Win7 for a time-limited trial. So, what you do is:
- download the Win7 64-bit ISO
- use the key you got with your NFR copy
- you now have fully functional 64-bit Win7
