Kirk --

I would suggest looking into FoxCharts at www.VFPx.Codeplex.com

It sounds like you need to be able to draw what appears to be a fairly simple chart, but which needs to be re-drawn over time (either due to a timer, or user intervention, when scrolling).

In either case, since FoxCharts is quite fast, it would be easy enough to request FoxCharts just to re-create the chart -- as for scrolling, this would simply mean selecting a different range of records from the source cursor (or table).

The one thing I'm not sure about is your statement about the symbol to be plotted -- are you saying, for instance, that the symbol to be plotted for pulse may be different at each data point, or simply that each of the four data series have different symbols?

>Was wondering if anybody here has used/could recommend a control for plotting anesthesia data (Blood Pressure - Systolic, Diastolic), temp and pulse. Kinda of like a line graph but not quite. The Y-Axis are the values that would range from 0 to 220 and the X-Axis is time broken into 5 minute intervals. Each value is plotted with a certain symbol at the time the value was given. The trick part is has to be more interactive than a chart control, in that it would be scrollable horizontally (time) and the system (timer based) would have to the ability to always center the current time so the last 15 minutes were always visible.
