Rubbish - if you truly, truly WANTED to off yourself, you would have done it by now. It's actually quite easy....IF that's your goal. Here's your problem - you are far too messed up right now to know WHAT your goal is. And THAT is why you need help, to get some form of focus back. Unless this is just some big practical joke right now, you don't know just how much of a mess you are right now. And I'm saying that for your own good.

Kevin, you are a good guy but you don't understand depression. It's debilitating.

Mike, I've posted it on here before - I was diagnosed with depression in 2005, and I was in a DARK DARK place - I'm neither proud of it nor ashamed of it - and have been on medication ever since. (I also have a friend from college who is a paranoid schizophrenic). Believe me, I understand depression, probably better than you do because I sought treatment. No one is ever "cured" of it, it's something that's managed...well something that's "managed" means going through a process with ups and downs, but something you work through....with help from professionals....but it requires some patience and committment that you (apparently) haven't demonstrated.
