The open-source SharpDevelop is a pretty nice IDE and I there is a tool to convert files to/from vb .net/c# which seems to work pretty well (haven't tried all the LINQ possibilities)
I know there are commercial tools to do this, and on-line cut and paste websites (including one that uses this same code
http://www.developerfusion.com/tools/convert/vb-to-csharp/but I thought this integration into the IDE was a nice touch.
