I have any app that displays a login form which includes our company logo, copyright info, etc.

Recently I've given the app the ability to log the user in without displaying the login form but I would like to display a splash screen while the app loads up (takes about 5 - 10 seconds or so).

I know I've seen how to do this in Foxpro Advisor but I can't seem to get my hands on the issue which featured this article.

Basically, I need a form that will:

1) Display company logo, product and copyright info
2) Allow the app to continue startup process while form displays
3) Be able to release the form once the app has finished its startup

I don't need detailed info on form building but I do need to know which properties I need to set to make the form behave in the desired fashion.
