Hmmmmm...maybe it could go either way. Can you have ActiveX noncompliant with COM...yes. Can you have COM objects not ActiveX compliant? Yes. COM compliancy is following a specific model for shared objects and interfaces; ActiveX compliancy is a meeting a technical specification.
