Not running it through a STRTRAN, but could easily have some setting goofed.

I created a table including fields from the Input.dbf and the output.dbf.

Append from Input

Scan/Endscan with REPLACEs,IF/ENDIFs, and such to create the output.

Very rudimentary stuff, which reflects my level of sophistication.
