Hi

I would like to create an app using web service and XML.
I have done a bit of research and I am now confused.
What should I use ASMX , SOAP, WCF.
I would like to use the most recent technology as I think SOAP is not supported anymore.

Anyway does anyone got a good example of a client & server sending secure and efficient XML data between each other.

Any comment or suggestion on where to start would help me

I would like to keep most of the DEV in fox and just wrappers in .NET if possible
