How can I create a new VCX of subclasses programatically?

Hi All!
I'm looking for a way to create a new .VCX library of classes subclassed from another .VCX programatically. I've looked at CREATE CLASS but it brings up the ClassDesigner. Is there any way to do this without the ClassDesigner being shown?
