France's uninhabited Clipperton Island took a near-direct hit from Hurricane Rick early this morning. Rick currently has peak sustained winds of 175mph. The highest point of land on Clipperton is only 29m above sea level, the island probably got a pretty good scrubbing.
Next stop: Mexico's Revillagigedo Islands, which do have inhabitants ...
