>I think Beyond Compare might work. What I've just now discovered is that the two databases are in different versions of SQL and the scripts I received show different options. I don't know if this is due to version or the options the DBAs selected. The create table statements don't even appear in the same order. Once I cull through all of that, it might be just as easy to do it manually :-(

May be faster to run both scripts, i.e. create the other database on one of the servers, and then generate scripts from the same server, with the same options. That should produce comparable scripts.
