Perhaps someone can help me do this, or give me a heads up or where to look.

I need to automatially grab an email that will have an audio attachment and then save that attachment to the hard drive.

Anyone know the easiest way to do this. I would assume the email will come through Outlook, but I don't think this would be required. It might be that I need to check on the address of where the email came from so I know that this is the one I need to save the file from.
