When the menu link is clicked I want the pdf document to display within the content with the master parts still showing. How do I do this?

One issue that you're probably not going to be able to do much about - Adobe has a setting which determines if it opens inside of the browser or launches a new instance/window outside of the browser. If the user has that set, it won't appear in the page. If it's not, you can probably embed an IFRAME inside of the content area. You'd write some JS to force the IFRAME to navigate to the URL of the PDF.

OK, thanks Paul. I was hoping it would be a simple matter but doesn't sound like it. I don't even know what an IFrame is so I will start by researching this. It sure seems like a desireable way to do pdf documents when part of your own website. Maybe I need to find another way to display the information.
