Kevin,

We used something called Visual Styler ... at least, that's what I think it was called. Since I no longer work there and had to remove all the company stuff from my laptop, I can't find anything left that might jog my memory any further. But, if that's not it, it's at least close. I found this website:

Anyway, I'm pretty sure this was the one we used. It's not free ... looks like it's about $220 for a single-developer license.
