Cecil, just as a follow-up....

John Baird is roughly about your age....and believe me, he acts WAY older.

In 2004, he could probably spell .NET if you spotted him the 'N' and 'E', but not much else. Now he's an MVP and is strong in the areas of mobile development and Silverlight 3. I've had to ask him questions about Silverlight because he knows far more about it. He learned it on his own, without much help from anyone. Trust me, if you met John, you'd swear he was older than Ben Franklin. So age doesn't mean jack ____.
