Run the following command from windows Run menu.

c:\foxhomedir\..\..\foxhelp.chm

If nothing happens that means your system is not upgraged to HTML help. You need internet explorer 4 or Download hhupd.exe from microsoft site (You must have internet explorer 3x installed on your system.) In windows 98 This is all built in.
