I do know that every time I mentioned the salary I wanted, each company wanted to pay much less. I was asking 20 to 30k below what I had been making in my previous job. I think that you are right about that, Sylvain.

From my experience, the employers who generaly hire young worker do so because they`re cheaper and they don't see the value of more experienced professionnal.
