The other problem I see with the judiciary system (here and in the US) is the lawyers. Often enough, it's the side that can pay for the best lawer who win the case. Many lawyers aren't there to seek the truth or justice, they just want to win their case. ...And justice for all by Metallica resume very well what I think of the judiciary system:
