You can IF, you can force every part of the staff to install add-on.
Whole EU Secret services (and maybe US also) tried to make Skype to gave them crypt algorithm.
Just to check if some terrorists chatting. Skype refuse.
I'm not sure what is the policy of Skype after they are sold to eBay.
