i am using MAPI with MS Outlook and happy to say most of it is now working. However one aspect of the programming is still not working:

If i place a simple text "This is a sample of the text and it works fine" as lcBody it works fine but when i try this
lcBody =filetostr('c:\sample.txt')
It no longer works.

Yet it does work perfectly in Outlook Express as the default mailer.

Is there something different about generating emails in MS Outllook that will not allow this or do i need to set up alternate code for filetostr
in this application.
