>>I looked into rehab this week. I can't afford it. And it's no sure thing IAC. I know a number of people in AA who went to rehab, often multiple times, and it didn't work for them.

>>If you can't afford it...makes me wonder how you're affording all the alcohol. Ever stop to think about all the $$$ you've pissed away on alcohol in the last few years?
>>
>>When you say, "it's no sure thing"...damn right, it's no sure thing for someone who makes his own diagnosis.
>>
>>Mike, I repeat this - your judgement in this area is so bad, that you are no longer acting in your own best interests.

>I am speaking from the experience of alcoholics I know personally who have gone into rehab. We have had this discussion before. No insult but you do not understand the problem.
I AM TIRED OF HEARING AND READING YOU SAY THAT "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM". I do understand the problem and the problem is you and the excuses you make for allowing you behavior to destroy your daughters life. It is you and the enablers on this site and in your life that keep feeding you pablum about how hard it is to quit. Just shut the eff up and quit making excuses. Either crap or get off the pot, but for me, I am tired of your posting about it. Just quit posting and drtink yourself into oblivion. Your daughters will grive for a while and then get on with their life.
