>As you know, our building has been designated as a clinic by the North Shore Health Department for dispensing H1N1 Vaccine. It will take place Sunday, November 8th from 10 AM – 2PM. Appointments are not necessary and there is no cost. There will be both flu nasal mist and injectable available.

Wow, we don't have the vaccine here yet. We had it for a few days at the health department but they ran out almost immediately. It is up to you. I have watched a lot of shows on it and it is a tough call. Only you can decide. If it were me and I had to decide for my daughter - I would choose the nasal spray. It probably doesn't really matter which one though. I know that the H1N1 is hitting kids worse than senior citizens because senior citizens seem to have some built in immunity, but younger kids do not.
