Do you have SQL Server 2008 Management Studio in your Start menu? May be you can use it with SQL Server 2005?

BTW, my SSMS is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\Ssms.exe"
