Hi Cecil,
This happened to me once before. In my case, somehow the installer got confused between an existing instance of SQL Server Express and SQL Server 2005 Developer. the Client Tools and Management Studio would not show up. (The installer didn't even install them.) I tried a number of things to get the management tools on my PC, but to no avail. The only way I could get it to work was to remove all versions of SQL Server and then start installing again with SQL Server 2005 Developer first. :(

I should have installed it first.) and now there is no Menu Item on the Start / Programs menu showing the SQL Server 2005 Management Studio.
