Hi Naomi, you can't get rid of me so fast. Thanks for step by step instructions and a quick response. I was doing one of the steps wrong. But now the class looks and works fine except I get this error message : "Property connect is not found" and when I look into the sock (ole) properties, I can see connect there. The function is stopping at : "sock.Connect(strServ,lnServPort)" in smtpmail.prg. Any thoughts ??? Many thanks.
