Kevin, I've read your posts, and I think you're missing a key aspect. You may find yourself in a situation where you have no choice.

Here's the bottom line...if you are serious about .NET development, you really should be learning Silverlight and/or WPF. You may find down the road that all these complaints are irrelevant if you find yourself turned down for a job or contract because you chose to be stubborn.
