You're kidding right? I'm guessing you've never had to really go against other quality apps in multiple-day demonstrations of each product in the processing of competing for a sale. They look at everything: speed, efficiency, data handling, reports, graphics, charts, communication with other products or parties, etc. You may be absolutely correct about your current customers but are you absolutely certain that you will always be working for the same employer and have the same customers?
