This is how I created the script. But the script does not have the database name; it only has code to create all objects for the database. So, as Boris suggested, I need to add this line.

>I don't have SQL Server 2005 (only 2008), but can't you right-click on the database in the Management Studio (or whatever it's called in 2005) and select "Script Database as | Create to"? You could them modify the name of the database and run the script.
