Would the phenomenon be proprely described as "postscient"? :).

And actually I was wrong - dockable property _can_ change at runtime, although then the word "dockable" has lost its meaning - every such form is always dockable, it's just that the user can allow/forbid docking. Along with other misnomers from Redmond.
