I'd love to see some real-time gravity free shots - they always seem to fall really short on that. Last time I googled that, I never saw more than about 20 seconds at a time, then it would cut to the endless blabla of someone apparently sitting.

I know it's expensive, but then there are guys in orbit at all times, and they got cameras... where can that stuff be seen? Plot and acting not required.
