>I am building a setup for an EXE which includes ActiveX controls for a network installation. When I build the setup using the wizard. do I need to put a copy of COMCTL32.OCX with the files to be distributed? Since the application will be run from the server, can I just copy the EXE itself to the appropriate server directory instead of including it with the setup files, or must it be included? It seems to me that if I include it, it will be installed on each machine instead of the server.

Yes, you need to put a copy of the OCX in the distribution files directory...you need to run the setup on each machine, but you can run the exe off the server if you wish...
>Also when I tried building the setup using the SetUp Wizard, I got an error "SETUP32.STF not found in REQUIRED.DBF". What is going on here; I've never seen that error before. And, more importantly, what is the solution?
Not sure about this...did you delete all your old DISTRIB & wzsetup.ini files before running the wizard?
