Hey Cetin!
2010 Is out of the question because for the time being, I can't afford to risk beta problems - no time, and like I told Viv, I sometimes feel like a problems-magnet.
I'm going to get the functionality down and then start exploring silverlight. Remember, I'm new at web apps. These days i'm spending most of my time with Windows Services, which is one of the sweetest things I've found: no users, no user interface ;-)
Thanks for your tips!!!!

>Why 2010 is out of question? VS 2010 Beta 2 and .Net 4 has been recently gone public as a "go live" release. I think if you are not fluent in VS then VS 2010 is the best ever. Besides .Net 4 support is something I would think of. Even beta 1 was nice and beta 2 is stable enough. It it easier than using the previous releases (especially if you think of WPF and SL and EF, Linq ... ).
