Here's a cool, free multi-million dollar idea for a dot-com entrepreneur: create a web service that can accept a URL, scan it and return the result (safe or not) to the user.

The AVG LinkScanner does something similar ( http://linkscanner.avg.com/ ) but requires software installed on your system.
