problem solved :)
so Bluetooth devices installing "Send To Bluetooth" "Add Ins" while at device driver installation ( default )
if you remove this Add Ins from MS Excel Add Ins Settings problem will be fixed.

PS : this happen may be specially at HP DV6x notebook series ( like mine )
