>>Yeah, John, those Broncos looked really impressive tonight.

>>Here's an interesting stat:

>>Number of Kyle Orton interceptions: 3
>>Number of Kyle Orton interceptions returned for TDs: 1
>>Number of Denver first downs rushing: 0

>>Who was it who said they'd beat the Ravens and the Steelers? Looks like they got smashed both times.

>>They will be lucky to finish 10-6 - and don't look now, but the ominously-reborn SD Chargers are right behind them. (Sounds familiar, doesn't it?)

>>Denver finishes the season at home against the Chiefs...wouldn't it be hysterical if KC beats Denver on the last day of the season and knocks Denver out of the playoffs? Shades of 2006, when Joe Nedney kicked a FG for the 49ers in OT that knocked Denver out of the playoffs and put KC in. :

They are fun to watch, aren't they? I have been a Drew Brees fan since he was at Purdue. And now he has about 8 guys to throw the ball to. New Orleans still has not come all the way back from Katrina, so it's good that they have something to cheer for.
