No, I have not tried using different REPORTBEHAVIOR settings. How should I do it? What setting is best?

What is weird here is that everytime I do the report card generation, nothing of the sort happens. Actually, I have not seen it happen with my own two eyes. Some teachers just came forward to complain. =)
