Only the memo field (TEACHER REMARKS) are 'jumbled'...

So far, I did the following:

Prior to doing the REPORT FORM, I inserted a REINDEX... I recalled that I had a similar experience before wherein I also had to REINDEX a freshly retrieved cursor...

We will be observing how it goes...
