How exactly memos are jumbled?

Every grading period, the teachers input their remarks/comments for each student. The remarks are stored in a memo field named Remarks in the CA cursor. Over at the MySQL end, however, they are stored in TEXT type column.

Once in a while, when the teachers print out their class's student report cards, which include the Teacher's Remarks, the Remarks of the 1st and 2nd student are interchanged (I called it as jumbled).

The frequency would be something like once in every 20.
