My apologies. I read your message as:

Currently you can download .Net framework 4.0, C# 4.0 and MS Visual Studio 2010 beta2 which includes a "go live" license

I thought that the "beta 2" tag pertains to just Visual Studio 2010, that is why I asked about .NET 4.0... =)
