PMI Bob,
Christof has done a terrific (awesome) job on this, but you could consider Y2KfixW.exe from www.netlib.com.
It handles the 4 digit year rollover. And you don't have to modify any of your code. Just add a .fll, run your app/exe/foxpro from y2kfix.exe and viola - all Y2k probs are over.
