It's not a domain; it's a workgroup, John, so no PDC (or BDC, or NT server at all; there -might- be NT WOrkstation.) If I were certain that there was NT Server running, I would not worry unless some Win95 box had the browse master default selection changed from 'Automatic' to 'Enabled', since during negotiation for the Master Browser, an NT machine will be preferred anyway.
