I saw that yesterday. The language used by Yushchenko : "People are dying. The epidemic is killing doctors. This is absolutely inconceivable in the 21st Century." is over the top. Whether that's due to a desire to grab attention/help/$$$ or genuine concern is yet to reveal itself. I will say that this is no way for a leader to publicly react.
