Well glad it's not a video of a cop tasering a 10 year old girl in the back...hahaha. Actually that was pretty interesting. I saw another news report a year or so ago about this technology. In that one that went to a shopping mall parking lot, and drove down each of the isles scanning all the plates...and sure enough within minutes they'd found two stolen cars. Quite impressive!
