>We are in the process of setting our stores up with Windows 95. Part of this process is to combine all applications onto the server and being able to access any app from any PC. My task is to create a login screen which kicks off the various other apps. The twist to this is I need to be able to detect any activity within the other app. If there is no activity I need to re-kick off the login screen.

Don't understand what you mean by "kicks off the other apps" (do you mean start the app or close them?) and "re-kick off the login". Also, does "activity in other app" mean that the app is already in use?
