The option pack is like Service Pack 4 for NT. Or a pre-release of NT 5,
whatever you want to call it - it's an official NT Operating sytem component.
The VB Runtime will install with all future versions of Windows, just because
it was used to build some of the tools.
It may install with NT base installation even, but I'm not sure...
