Hi Bob,

>We are considering it... But, they want $2500 for the first 100 customers we ship to, and $20 per after that. We are trying to see if there is a less expensive way for us.

Here you have to consider the time you have to spend on making it work in FoxPro. If it's less, well, modify my Y2K code. But if you think you will need more time, then probably Y2KFOX is better, it's really a business decision. Just to give you an idea. Y2K took me at least two weeks to write (spanned over a period of two months or so) and it would have been much more without my beta testers who found quite a lot of bugs. I can't say how much time it would take to capture the date in the clipboard, but it's not easy, because there are many situations to take care of. For example, beside tabbing or entering out of a field, the user might click on another textbox, she might press ESC, activate a menu or press another hotkey.

Another thing: Do these data fields span 100 years, or do the cover more. If the only span 100 years, but this range varies among all of your GETs you can use the dynamic rollover feature by assigning a function to Y2K_ROLLOVER.
