IMO, you've gone overboard on the anti-malware stuff with AVG, SUPERAntiSpyware, and Comodo.

Do you need the Media Center stuff running?

TaskManager doesn't show you everything. You should also run AutoProcs from SysInternals and turn off anything that you don't need.
