problem came up naomi - that i could not recall the form i created
If i could indulge your patience - maybe i'm on the wrong path.
In my initial line of code: createobject:

oFrm= createOBJECT("classrooms")

i went to command window and created both form called 'oFrm' with properties i wanted as well as another called 'classrooms' and set them both up with the same properties that i wanted (including desktop and showwindow properies - i ssumed that when i createobject that one or the other of these names would be recalled - but i seem to be simply creating a new form with the command in my program that is not related.

This seems my last stumbling block - i know its a basic question but one i've not yet addressed it. So given my initial code Naomi how to i access the form i am creating - its the property sheet i am trying to access - just don't know how to do it.
