Noticed this thread on MSDN http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/visualfoxprogeneral/thread/5980a2c9-4e89-43c1-82fa-8e3da901bac5 that seems to address this problem of using OleDB from VFP6.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
