I also looked through Computer Security Policy and there are lots of stuff there that most defined as Custom policy. I set manually now few applications to be trusted there.

I wish there was some ability to extract this list in a text file, so I can post it here, or order by the level or select multiple items in that list and change their level at once. Right now I had to click on every single item to change it.
